Did we miss your paper?
Dear Colleagues,
We are in the final laps of our preparation for the conference on May 11 -13, 2023.
I believe I am fully up to date now. I have responded to everyone who submitted an abstract according to the guidelines. I have informed everyone whether their papers were accepted or not. If you submitted a paper and have not heard from me by now, maybe your submission did not get through. You can prepare your abstract according to the guidelines (https://igbostudiesassociation.org/index.php/submission-guidelines) and resubmit it ASAP.
I have also issued an invitation letter to everyone who has paid the membership due as instructed in the abstract acceptance email. If you made the payment and have yet to receive your invitation letter, something may have gone wrong. Please let me know by email (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) so that I can fix it immediately.
The organising committee is now working on the conference program booklet and other arrangements. The host would like to know how many people will attend in person and how many will join by Zoom.
